This latest mix is a kind of distillation of a memorable 3-hour set I played last month, consisting almost entirely of newly obtained tunes, with a couple of greats from the last few months thrown in. I had more than I could possibly cram into 80 minutes – a testament to the sheer quality and originality of the music that’s out there at the moment.
